Way back in July of 2009 I read Sea of Poppies, the first book in the proposed Ibis Trilogy (read my review). I loved it. I gushed. I told everyone I knew to read it. And then I waited….and waited….and waited for the second book…for more than two years.
Yesterday I bought the hardcover of River of Smoke. It is sitting on my coffee table, begging me to open it. And I have to wait a little longer because there are two books that have to be read first. But, I promise, you WILL see a review of this one before the end of the year!
